All designs are made by our team in Central Texas, including designing, digitizing, and embroidery!
- Shipping: Products are made-to-order by our small team of embroiderers. As such, please allow for 7-10 days after your order is placed for your item to be shipped to you. We ship via FedEx and UPS depending on your location. We do not ship outside of the United States.
- Services: We offer embroidery services for both individual customers and businesses! This includes design, digitization, and contract embroidery. If you're in need of any services, please visit our services page for more information, or contact us via the form below.
- Returns/Exchanges: The return window for our in-house apparel collections is 30-days to initiate the return. We allow both exchanges and refunds. However, the item must arrive to us in new, un-used condition.
